Head of Sales – Meet Matt…..

Matt joined the team in 2011 after graduating from Portsmouth University with a Degree in Business Studies. With no previous sales or financial services experience, Matt joined a small team in our Farnborough office, before quickly making the move to our Head Office in Stirling to pursue career progression opportunities. It was clear early on that Matt always puts our customers first, and using his excellent customer service skills he cemented himself as a top sales performer. Matt demonstrates a drive and passion for success, has been promoted to Sales Team Leader, and then further in to his current Stirling Sales Manager position.
Administration Manager –  Meet Nicola………..

Nicola joined the company in 2013 with a impressive background in customer service and team management. Nicola consistently demonstrates an impeccable standard of customer service, and has grown the sales support side of the business over the last few years. Nicola currently heads up our Administration team which requires her to maintain a high level of product knowledge in an ever growing and changing industry.
HR Manager – Meet Stephanie………..

Stephanie joined Bon Accord Life in 2014 after graduating from Stirling University. Using her customer friendly and positive approach to sales, Stephanie quickly became a top seller, earning numerous sales awards within her first 2 years within the role. Stephanie then progressed in to a Sales Team Leader / Coaching role, where she could pass on her expertise and passion to others within the team. Stephanie is now in charge of the recruitment and training for Bon Accord Life, and has played a massive part in our training being recently labelled as “5 Stars” and “Fantastic”.
Sales Manager – Meet Ben……….

Ben joined the business in 2013 with no degree or sales experience, and a background in the armed forces. After showing his qualities in our Lead Generation department, Ben progressed swiftly in to the Sales Team where he went on to deliver top results. Ben has recently been promoted to a Sales Team Leader position. Ben demonstrates that you do not always need a degree or sales experience to be successful here at Bon Accord Life, all we ask for is a passion for self development and the desire to succeed.
